Writing in Faith

Join us for a weekly discussion about creative writing and how art can help us experience God. As Jesus journeyed into the desert for reflection and prayer, we’ll use this Lenten season to travel into our own hearts. We’ll explore how art and faith can beautifully merge and how the expression of ourselves opens us to the presence of God. In our weekly discussions we’ll examine the writings of mystics, poets, and authors who were all moved by their faith to artistic expression. And along the way we’ll develop, or hone, our own creative writing skills in an open and encouraging setting.
