Prayin’ Time

“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” – Matthew 18:20

A new offering for all has come out of the first St. Christopher’s Wisdom Group. We will be meeting twice a month to come together to pray and we would welcome all who are interested to join us. On the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., we will gather in the courtyard to pray. Prayers for yourself, family, friends, our church, our country, our world. No prayer is too small or too big. Bring a prayer or pray in the moment. Pray silently or pray out loud. No matter how we pray, God will be with us and helping us.

If we have inclement weather or if it is too hot, we will go to the library for the hour. Each week, you can bring your lunch if that fits into your schedule better.

This is being offered as a simple way to strengthen our prayer commitment to God and St. Christopher’s. Our continued discernment within each hour is what will form our direction as we are led by the Holy Spirit. Bottom line is “Prayin’ Time” is a work in progress!
