I’m New

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.”

– 1 John 1:7

Welcome to St. Christopher’s Church in Gladwyne, PA. We are a welcoming community with a rich diversity of thought within a spirit of close-knit family. With about 500 members, our parish is large enough to inspire a sense of community and small enough to feel immediately at home. Our worship is thoughtful, our music is inspired, our learning is on-going, and our appreciation for one another is constant. Please come and join us in worship, fellowship and in serving others.

For membership information contact Drea Brooks Tarity or inquiries may be made through the church office at (610) 642-8920.

What does it mean to be an Episcopalian at St. Christopher’s Church? Some thoughts:

St. Christopher’s is an “Open Tent”. We are a community of committed individuals who seek to follow Jesus Christ in opening our lives and our interests to all who wish to join us.

While we are members of the greater Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania, our defining commitment is to the principle of Christ’s inclusive spirit of all God’s children, regardless of race, gender, age, or any other demarcation used to categorize individuals.

In our Anglican tradition, because of Jesus Christ, we believe that people matter imponderably more than doctrines.
